Suggested Attire

Daytime Attire: Casual attire is appropriate for daytime activities.  

Evenings:  Resort Casual is appropriate for evenings and refers to  sundresses, linen pants, skorts, skirts, button up tops, nice shorts, and dresses. 

Men should plan to wear dressier shorts, pants or nice jeans with a polo or other collared shirt.  T-shirts, sleeveless shirts, are not appropriate.  We recommend you bring a jacket/sports coat for the evening.

Women can choose a casual dress or pair a blouse with a nice pair of jeans, slacks, or a skirt. 

For shoes, both men and women can choose from elegant sandals or close-toed shoes and avoid wearing flip flops.

Meetings & Events

Sunday's Welcome Reception & Dinner:  Our welcome dinner will be held outdoors, poolside. Resort Casual is appropriate, with a light sweater in the case of a cool tropical breeze.

Monday's Business Meeting & Vendor Meet & Greet:  For men, dress shorts or slacks with polo or collared shirt is appropriate. For woman, sundress/skorts or slacks are appropriate.  Both events are held in the resort ballroom. We recommend you bring a sweater or light jacket to insure your comfort.

Monday Evening's Off-Property Dinner:. This evening will be fine dining at one of Nassau's finest and resort wear is appropriate.  Collared shirt and slacks for men;  shorts and flip flops are not appropriate.

Tuesday's Pool Party:  Casual/Resort Casual is appropriate. We will enjoy an evening under the stars at the Baha Mar Water Park.  Don't worry, there will be no swimming or water slides involved!  As we will be outdoors, we recommend a sweater or jacket to insure your comfort. 

Wednesday's Farewell Party:  Casual/Resort Casual is appropriate. We will enjoy a beautiful night on the resorts courtyard.  A sweater or jacket is always a good idea, as we will be outdoors.
