A. | Yes. When you register, you will be asked for your arrival and departure dates to Bahamas, as well as your arrival and departure dates to the SLS Baha Mar. Please note additional nights are your responsibility at the rate of $299 plus tax for each additional night. Arrangements will be made according to your requested travel pattern. |

| Is a Passport Required for travel to the Bahamas
|
| A | Yes: Your passport must be valid for the entirety of your stay in Bahamas. Passports must be valid 6 months after your return date so please check expiration date as soon as possible! |
| Q. | What is the process at the airport when traveling to/from Aruba? |
| A. | When arriving to Aruba you will be processed through immigration. You will be required to show your passport and entry form, which you will receive on your flight to the Bahamas. If you prefer, you may fill out your form on-line. Click here to access the form on-line.
On departure day, you will clear customs in the Bahamas. While this means you will need to arrive to the airport earlier on your day of departure, you do not need to clear customs again when you return to the United States. |
| Q. | How will my airline tickets be booked? |
| A. | Airline reservations will be booked in coach class and will be booked with the best possible routing based on availability at time of booking. We will book non-stop flights, unless your departure location does not offer non-stop options. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred airline. However, we cannot make assurances that your preferred airline will provide the best flight option. Seat assignments are based on airline availability at time of booking.

| Q. | What if I prefer to guarantee first class to the Symposium?
|
| A. | If you prefer to fly first class, then you would be personally responsible for paying the difference in the ticket price or upgrade using your miles, if available. If you prefer to fly first class, please make your request in the 'special request' field on the registration link. You will be contacted with any additional charges prior to issuing your ticket, if applicable.

| Q. | Is my guest invited to attend all group functions?
|
| A. | Yes. We anticipate participation by your guest at all group functions.

| Q. | What is the attire for each event?
|

| Q. | How old must you be to attend Symposium as a guest?
|
| A. | All guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend the Symposium. There are no exceptions.

| Q. | May I bring an infant or child to Symposium?
|
| A. | Children are not allowed. Please make other arrangements. |
| Q. | Can I participate in two activities on one day and no activities on the other?
|
| A. | We plan one activity per day. Please choose only one activity per day on the days an activity is offered.

| Q. | Will I be responsible for transportation to the resort from the airport?
|
| A. | Transportation will be arranged for all guests from the airport in Aruba to the resort on arrival date, as well as your return trip to the airport on departure date. Complete details on transportation to/from the resort will be provided at a later date.

A. | Eby-Brown will provide the following: - Deluxe accommodates at the SLS Baha Mar January 23-27, 2022
- Coach airline travel for you and your guest.
- Ground transportation as it relates to the Symposium activities and events
- Your selected activities as per your pre-registration
- Food and beverage at all planned group functions as outlined on the Schedule of Events
- All gratuities, taxes and surcharges as they relate to Symposium events and activities

| Q. | When will I receive confirmation of my arrangements at the Symposium?
|
| A. | You will receive a confirmation of your hotel and activity selections via email immediately after completing the on line registration. Airline confirmation will be sent to you in late December.
